This is what YourKodex collects, why, and what happens to it, written plainly.
YourKodex is a business registered in Australia (ABN 59 895 774 538).
Questions about your data go through the Help & Feedback form below, and every message is answered by email.
Your account: your email address, your first name, and your date of birth.
What you write: anything you type into a reading, such as a question for a Compatibility reading or how you feel today, and the name and date of birth of another person when you read the two of you together.
Payment: Stripe handles your payment. YourKodex never sees or stores your card details.
Messages you send through the Help & Feedback form.
Your date of birth gives your Kin and every reading on the site. Your name and email let you sign in, receive your readings and emails about your account, and get a reply when you write to us.
YourKodex does not sell your data and does not share it with advertisers.
A few services help run YourKodex, and each receives only what it needs for its job:
Stripe, to take payments. Anthropic, whose Claude model writes the readings from your Kin and what you type. Resend, to send emails. Vercel, which hosts the site, stores your account and readings, and counts visits without cookies.
One cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser also remembers a few small things on your own device, such as the date you looked up in the Tzolkin calculator. Visit counts come from Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies. There are no advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Your account and readings are kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Profile Settings: your profile, readings and everything you wrote are removed. A record of your email address and the date of deletion is kept, together with payment records required for tax and accounting.
You can ask what information YourKodex holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write through the Help & Feedback form.
YourKodex is for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Continued use of yourkodex.com after a change means you accept the new version.
